I’ve recently been lucky enough to try some samples from a natural nutritional brand, aimed at helping skin and body health. Rejuvenated Veggiecol supplements are packed with collagen, plus many more health benefiting components.
A bit about the brand : British brand Rejuvenated, was founded by Kathryn Danzey, (who I’ve found to be so helpful), and provide a range of natural supplements to help with controlled diets, skin and body health. Their team of nutritionists, scientists and doctors, create easy to use formulations that are full of goodness. Their focus being on products for healthy lifestyles and wellbeing, helping us to look and feel great. Their products have already been winning Beauty Shortlist awards.
Rejuvenated Veggicol Supplements
Statement from Rejuvenated ~ “Veggiecol is the first natural collagen supplement to offer a vegetarian alternative to our current marine based Collagen Shots”.
These are great for those looking to use a collagen supplement, but have an allergy to fish!
I recently trialled a 30 day supply of these capsules and have had good results with my skin and nails, plus I even found them to help with energy levels. My skin health has been good, a little plumper, but definately less sensitivity and dryness. My nails have not grown so well in a long time, so I’m impressed. I took two capsules per day (as instructed), with water when I had my evening meal. I’ve not had an upset stomach or any reactions, like I experienced a while ago whilst trying a different collagen supplement.
Ingredients : Vegetarian collagen (egg polypeptides extract), Acai berry, Hyaluronic acid, Vitamins B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin) and C, Zinc, Copper, Stevia, Glucosamine, Chondroitin sulphate, Keratin, Lysozyme. Plus 500 different proteins including Elastin.
Contains no artificial sweeteners, flavourings or preservatives. Gluten and lactose free. Suitable for Vegetarians ~ *with the exception of those allergic to eggs. *Not suitable for Vegans
Veggiecol was a Beauty Shortlist Award finalist this year (2016)
This collagen supplement, is packed with antioxidants and nutritive ingredients. They work in synergy with each other, helping promote good cell health in skin, connective tissues and bones. I am pleased with the results from these, even though I finished my 30 day supply a week ago, I am still getting effects. Usually, I find you need to take most supplements for a good couple of months before noticing any difference. With these, the ingredients are obviously that good, as for me, it only took a few weeks to notice a difference.
My nails stopped peeling and have grown over my fingertips, I’ve not had that amount of growth in a very long time, so I’m amazed. Skin is clear, plump, and even though I use good skincare, it just seems more settled with less dryness and sensitivity. I can’t say it’s helped my joint or Fibromyalgia pain, but it has helped with energy. Considering I’ve not slept well in over a month (due to hormonal changes), I have found I’m a little less fatigued, and manage to keep going through the day. I haven’t had that “someone’s pulled my plug” feeling that I usually get in a few weeks, apart from a couple of really hot days. Overall, I’m really pleased with how I feel in myself since taking Veggiecol, and would be happy to use them again.
You can find Veggiecol collagen supplements at Rejuvenated, along with more info on the brand and other supplements.
I’m currently trying other different supplements from Rejuvenated, so there are further posts to follow. Watch this space…
